These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NumberVault website and the number generator made available on it (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal minimum age for lottery participation in your state or country if that age is higher, to use this Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. What the Service is
NumberVault is a free entertainment tool that produces random number combinations formatted for common U.S. lottery games. The Service is provided for informational and recreational purposes only.
The Service does not predict lottery results. Official lottery draws are random events. No system, formula, algorithm or generator can foresee, influence or improve the outcome of a draw. Every combination has exactly the same chance of being drawn.
3. What the Service is not
- We are not a lottery operator, agent, courier or ticket reseller. We do not sell, hold or process lottery tickets.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Powerball, Mega Millions, the Multi-State Lottery Association, or any state or national lottery. All trademarks and game names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe number formats.
- We do not provide financial, investment, legal or gambling advice.
- We do not take part in any prize payment, claim or dispute.
4. Free generation and email submission
The Service currently allows one free generation per visitor. To request access to additional generations and to receive an explanation of how the method works, you may voluntarily submit your email address. Submitting your email does not create any obligation on your part and does not require payment. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. We make no guarantee as to response times.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where lottery participation is prohibited;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission;
- attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- submit false, misleading or third-party contact information;
- present the Service to others as a winning system, prediction service or guaranteed method.
6. Intellectual property
All text, design, layout, graphics and code on this website are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumberVault and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This expressly includes, without limitation, any money lost, wagered or spent on lottery tickets or any other form of gambling, and any failure to win a prize.
9. Responsible play
Playing the lottery should be entertainment, never a financial strategy. Never spend more than you can comfortably afford to lose. If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, free confidential help is available 24/7 in the United States at 1-800-GAMBLER or at ncpgambling.org.
10. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
11. Changes and availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
